S.H.A.R.O.N. is the beautiful unfolding of a divine calling, born directly out of the shared life experiences of founder Denise Larzo and her beloved aunt, Sharon Miller. As fellow survivors of domestic violence and recovery who walked through the fires of complex life crises together, they knew firsthand the fear, isolation, and how impossible the road to wholeness feels without support. Today, Safe Housing And Rehabilitation Outreach Network, Inc. stands as an enduring legacy to that shared survival—answering God’s call to ensure no woman walks her path of healing alone.
Driven by this profound, faith-led vision, S.H.A.R.O.N. serves as a powerful catalyst for transformation. In close partnership with community agencies, we deliver a comprehensive continuum of care centered on holistic treatment, recovery, and sober housing. From mental health collaboration to justice-involved reintegration, our wrap-around services meet transitioning women exactly where they are. Grounded in compassion and the belief that all things can be made new, we restore dignity, foster self-sufficiency, and empower survivors to break the cycle of crisis for good.
